Day 2
Wuhan to Chongqing
After a leisurely breakfast, we bid farewell to Wuhan and set off for our next destination: the sprawling metropolis of Chongqing. En route, we stop to explore the serene beauty of Donghu Scenic Area, a tranquil oasis in the heart of the city. Upon arrival in Chongqing, we check into our hotel before venturing out to sample the city's renowned hotpot cuisine, a spicy and flavorful culinary tradition that has been enjoyed by locals for centuries.
Day 3
Exploring Chongqing
Today, we dive deeper into the rich tapestry of Chongqing's history and culture. Our first stop is Dazi Rock Old Street, where we wander through narrow alleys lined with traditional shops and teahouses. Next, we ascend the steep cliffs of the Yangtze River on the iconic Yangtze River Cableway, marveling at the breathtaking views of the city below. We then explore the charming Mountain City Alley, known for its historic architecture and vibrant street life. Finally, we visit Chaotianmen Square, a bustling waterfront plaza that serves as the gateway to the Three Gorges region.
Day 4
Cruising the Three Gorges
Today marks the beginning of our adventure along the legendary Three Gorges of the Yangtze River. After breakfast, we embark on our luxurious cruise ship and set sail towards our first destination: Fengdu Ghost City.
